Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Finning. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of parts and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing customer and branch parts orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Loading and unloading parts trucks, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Participating in annual cycle counts and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Maintaining warehouse and yard storage areas to align with Finning housekeeping standards
  • Performing daily inspections of tooling and small equipment, and replenishing warehouse supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum grade 12 education
  • Previous parts warehousing and/or heavy equipment experience an asset
  • Ability to hold or obtain crane, forklift, and related safety training certifications
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality

Working Conditions:

This is a Monday to Friday shift at our Fort St. John facility. Hours and shift schedule may be subject to change to meet customer and/or Finning requirements.

Union Membership:

You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position. This will be effective immediately and will result in union dues being deducted from your pay.
