About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Master to join our team at Domo Japan.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented cook to lead our kitchen operations and develop innovative menu concepts that showcase Japanese cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead kitchen staff in meal preparation, presentation, and service standards.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items that align with our brand's vision and customer preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Schedule staff effectively to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior chef or culinary leader in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
What We Offer
