Key Responsibilities- Lead kitchen staff in meal preparation, presentation, and service standards.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items that align with our brand's vision and customer preferences.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Train and mentor junior chefs to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Schedule staff effectively to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior chef or culinary leader in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations.
- Proficiency in Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
