At Giant Tiger, we're looking for a talented Softgoods Associate to join our team

Job Highlights:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay on top of hot selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes as needed.
  • Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Perform cycle counts as required to ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

A typical full-time schedule will consist of day shifts, two evenings per week, and alternating weekends with a schedule of 40 hours weekly. A typical part-time schedule will be a mix of days, evenings, and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include standing and/or walking, bending, twisting, and squatting. You will also be required to lift and/or move up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) and perform tasks involving firm grasping and repetitive hand motions.
