About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in delivering projects and studies across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in multi-discipline minerals processing plants, particularly in gold, base metals, and industrial minerals.
- Strong engineering management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects and studies.
- A degree or diploma in a related engineering discipline.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence employees at all levels.
- Strong understanding of project commercials and business development.
