    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that our food meets the highest quality standards and that our customers receive a consistent and excellent dining experience.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
    • Skills
      • Excellent leadership and management skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
      Work Environment

As a Shift Manager at Subway Sandwiches, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will also be required to maintain a clean and safe working environment and to adhere to all health and safety regulations.
