As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Business Development, you'll have the opportunity to push boundaries, challenge the status quo, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers to create effective hiring strategies and roadmaps to attract top talent to Brex. You'll partner with leaders across the company to act as talent advisors while maintaining a focus on candidate experience, diversity, and operational efficiency.

You'll also play a key role in building and strengthening university partnerships to help develop a strong pipeline of early-career talent. This is an exciting opportunity to be a trusted advisor, drive impactful hiring strategies, and shape the future of our workforce.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering closely with hiring managers in Sales to develop SDR hiring strategies and ensure a strong pipeline of candidates
  • Proactively sourcing passive candidates for SDR roles through various channels, including LinkedIn recruiter, Handshake, and networking
  • Building relationships with career services and student organizations
  • Attending and coordinating career fairs, networking events, and sales competitions to attract top entry-level sales talent
  • Owning the full candidate experience from sourcing to close, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process

Requirements include 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Sales Development roles and/or university hiring, strong ability to build relationships with Sales hiring managers, and experience managing university partnerships and developing early-career talent pipelines.
