Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at one of our locations. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering product-related questions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and styling options, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising efforts by maintaining store displays, stocking shelves, and implementing floor sets.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle customer returns and exchanges, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Support sales goals by meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, contributing to visual merchandising efforts, and participating in promotional events.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style, with a deep understanding of denim trends and product lines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service during peak periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly around the store to meet customer needs.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
