About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at PH Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
    • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
    • Perform minor repairs on appliances.
  • Facilities Management
    • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
    • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
    • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exercise sound judgement in decision-making.
  • Work Experience
    • Have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
    • Be available to work 40 hours per week.
    • Be fluent in English.
