Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharmacy Aide to join our team at ONTARIO INC. As a Pharmacy Aide, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists with various tasks, including compounding and labeling pharmaceutical products, maintaining inventories, and advising customers on non-prescription medications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products
  • Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas
  • Advise customers on selection and use of non-prescription medication
  • Check prescriptions for proper dosage
  • Calculate billing charges
  • Assist health care professionals
  • Place stock on shelves
  • Order and maintain stock of pharmaceutical supplies

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Ability to multitask
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
