Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Comfort Inn (Lethbridge). As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and making beds
  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries
  • Empty trash and recyclables
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as polishing fixtures and appliances
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
