Job Summary:

The Yard Coordinator at Team Auctions Ltd is responsible for coordinating and managing auction yard logistics, maintenance, and activities. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of the yard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate auction yard logistics, including intake, storage, setup, and loadout, to company standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the auction yard, ensuring it is safe and organized for employees and customers.
- Ensure security measures are in place to protect items and prevent theft or damage.
- Manage inventory at the auction yard, including tracking, organizing, and preparing items for inspection and auction.

Requirements:

- Driver's License
- Class 1 (Asset)

Working Conditions:

The Yard Coordinator will be required to work outside in all weather conditions. Overtime must be pre-approved by the manager.

Physical Requirements:

- May have to lift up to 50lbs.
- Required to climb stairs, walk, squat, kneel, or drive and stand for long periods of time.

Psychological Demands:

- Expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, problem solve, read or write, speak publicly, or interpret data.
