Job Title: Bakery Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats. You will also be responsible for requisitioning and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, as well as operating machinery and ensuring the quality of our products meets established standards.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
* Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
* Bake mixed dough and batters
* Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
* Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
* Operate machinery
* Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
Requirements:
* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* Will train on the job
* Must be able to work on site
