About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our team at Buffalo David Bitton. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish designs for our women's apparel line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's aesthetic and values
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives
  • Design and develop high-quality, on-trend, and profitable products that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Manage and maintain design files, specifications, and technical packages
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on women's apparel
  • Proven track record of creating successful and profitable designs
  • Excellent understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market analysis
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Knowledge of PLM systems and technical design software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
