Key Responsibilities- Household Management: Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children.
- Child Supervision: Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Discipline and Education: Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents and instruct them in personal hygiene and social development.
- Household Errands: Shop for food and household supplies, and perform other household errands as needed.
- Travel and Activities: Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, as well as organize activities such as games and outings for the children.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and grow with the family is essential.
- Work Setting: The nanny will work in the employer's/client's home, providing one-on-one care and attention to the children.
- Experience: Willingness to train and a strong desire to work with children are essential. Previous experience in this field of employment is not required, but a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are a must.
