Job Description

Cognizant is a global leader in digital transformation, and we're seeking a talented and experienced Hyperscience Automation Lead to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled professional to drive automation initiatives across our organization, leveraging the power of Hyperscience to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Automation Solutions: Lead the end-to-end implementation of automation solutions using Hyperscience, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop innovative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Configure and Customize Hyperscience: Configure and customize the Hyperscience platform to enhance efficiency and meet specific business requirements.
  • Manage Automation Backlog: Prioritize and manage the automation backlog to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Train and Support Users: Train and onboard users on the Hyperscience platform, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Advancements: Stay current with the latest advancements in Hyperscience and recommend new features or functionalities that can improve automation processes.
  • Conduct Regular Audits and Evaluations: Conduct regular audits and evaluations of automation solutions to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hyperscience OCR tool, with Hyperscience certification.
  • Technical Skills: Understand the difference between structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents, and have experience in architecting and designing practices for document classification and data extraction.
  • Agile Delivery: Knowledge of agile delivery, scrum/kanban, and ability to read/write user stories and follow agile ceremonies.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communicator with the ability to work with business SMEs to understand relevant and required fields to extract, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects during sprints.
Working Arrangements
