Job Summary

Tradewalks Venture Ltd. is seeking an experienced and organized Office Support Specialist to join its team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, and maintaining the office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed.
• Plan and control budget and expenditures.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
• Perform data entry and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements

• College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar field.
• Permanent employment with 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Fluent English language skills.
