LabWare Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled LabWare Expert to join our team in Toronto, Canada. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence at the client site(s) in the Toronto area.

Zifo is a global R&D solutions provider focused on the industries of Pharma, Biotech, Manufacturing QC, Medical Devices, specialty chemicals, and other research-based organizations. Our team's knowledge of science and expertise in technology help us better serve our customers around the globe.

The successful candidate will assist in the design, configuration, deployment, validation, and support of LabWare solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Providing implementation services to clients using LabWare Solutions and products.
• Configuring, unit testing, and validating LabWare applications.
• Integrating LabWare with external applications and instruments.
• Developing and maintaining superior LabWare product knowledge.

This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Bachelor's degree in Biomechanical engineering, Biochemistry, or another Life Science discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in a lab setting as a technical analyst or related role.
