About the Role:

Nourish NB is seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for arranging the bar area to create attractive displays, organizing the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar, and providing recommendations on drink selections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange the bar area to make attractive displays
  • Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar
  • Clean bar area and wash glassware
  • Advise on wine selection
  • Provide recommendations on drink selections
  • Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
  • Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Gratuities
