About the Role

  • Dispatching service technicians with necessary parts and information to complete jobs efficiently
  • Handling front-line customer calls and service inquiries, providing prompt and professional support
  • Managing technician schedules, tracking job progress, and assisting with problem-solving in real-time
  • Optimizing resource utilization by prioritizing tasks based on urgency and customer requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience; HVAC industry experience is an asset
  • At least 1 year of experience in service dispatch, scheduling, or a related role in a technical or field service environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
