Job Title: Dump Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team at Jassi Trucking Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a dump truck to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a dump truck to transport goods and materials to various locations
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with other drivers and team members to achieve operational goals
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 or A Driver's License
  • Experience operating a dump truck and knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job
