- Education: College or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail software applications.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
