Sales and Marketing Director

Job Summary: Fresh Direct Produce Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join their dynamic Sales Team in Edmonton.
About the Role: This strategic position involves building strong relationships with customers, sourcing new accounts, negotiating prices, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fresh produce industry, strong sales and logistics knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
