About the Role

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Part Time Retail Associate to join our team. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by responding to questions and issues regarding product features and availability.
  • Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Perform cash register transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, and processing product flow.

Requirements

  • No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
  • 2 (or less) years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Ability to operate a Point of Sales (POS) system and other in-store computerized systems.

Working Conditions

  • Frequently in a more active environment that can be physical or strenuous in nature.
  • Occasionally requires the ability to work in place.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with others.
