Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our team at RUPINDERJIT AULAKH JASMEET AULAKH. As a Child Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children with care and attention to their individual needs.
  • Care for foster children with sensitivity and understanding, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being.
  • Discipline children in accordance with the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and development.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all relevant health and safety standards.
  • Organize and lead activities, such as games and outings, to promote children's physical and emotional development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering children's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and support when needed.
  • Assist children with homework, promoting their educational development and progress.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in childcare or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Organized and efficient, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Permanent work term, with 35-40 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
