As a construction supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and supervisory experience, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

You will be working closely with our project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet their requirements and are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • SUPERVISE CARPENTERS AND OTHER WORKERS ON SITE, PROVIDING DIRECTION, GUIDANCE, AND SUPPORT AS NEEDED.
  • COORDINATE AND SCHEDULE ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE PROJECTS ARE COMPLETED EFFICIENTLY.
  • ESTIMATE COSTS AND MATERIALS FOR PROJECTS, WORKING CLOSELY WITH PROCUREMENT TEAM TO SOURCE SUPPLIES.
  • ENSURE HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS ARE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES, REPORTING ANY INCIDENTS OR NEAR-MISSES TO MANAGEMENT.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a construction supervisor, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and methods.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, and snow.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for this role, as you may be required to travel between sites.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
