The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As a Coatings Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Clean work area and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
  • Paint small items and apply touch-ups using paint brushes to ensure a high-quality finish
  • Prepare and apply stencils, decals, or other decorative items on finished products to enhance their appearance
  • Select appropriate paint or mix paints to achieve the desired color and finish
  • Tend or operate equipment to spray or coat products with precision and accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in coatings application or related field
  • Strong understanding of coatings principles and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
