Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Agent to join our team at Orca Realty Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure lease terms are met and contracts are administered
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations
  • Monitor progress and costs for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records of operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Respond to client and tenant inquiries
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure

Our team works in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a large caseload and a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Language and Hours

This role requires fluency in English and a 35-hour workweek.
