Product Manager, ServiceNow – Enterprise Product

Job Summary:
Cineplex is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our ServiceNow ITSM and CSM platforms. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining business capabilities, understanding core requirements, and recommending technical solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify user pain points and deliver awesome user-facing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define business capabilities and understand core requirements for ServiceNow ITSM and CSM platforms
- Recommend technical solutions to meet business needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify user pain points and deliver user-facing solutions
- Manage and prioritize the backlog of work to ensure a clear roadmap for delivery
- Collaborate with vendors on learning best practices and configuration details of various systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow (ITSM / CSM)
- Experience managing Call Centre VoIP technologies such as Genesys Cloud
- Experience managing external professional service vendors
