RhynoCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Wingham area.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our long-term care facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.

**Responsibilities:**

  • To deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and resident plans of care.
  • To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the individual needs of each resident.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • To ensure the safe administration of medications and manage the supply and storage of medications.
  • To promote a culture of respect, empathy, and kindness among residents, families, and staff.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards governing long-term care facilities.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary range of **$85,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
