Job Title: Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Victor, a premier American Steak & Seafood restaurant in Vancouver. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase revenue

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Server in a similar environment
  • Valid Serving it Right and Foodsafe Level 1 certificates
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a GPEB license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
