You will also be responsible for creating and submitting estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms, as well as advising on tendering procedures and analyzing tenders to recommend awards. Additionally, you will monitor and adjust contract expenditures, liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors, and review bids to negotiate costs.
