Job Description
You will support the RGM in managing work shifts and completing administrative tasks. In the absence of the RGM, you will provide leadership to ensure the restaurant operates consistently to Taco Bell standards. Key responsibilities include ensuring Team Members, Team Member Trainers, and Shift Leads complete assigned duties and serve food safely and with a friendly manner. You will also assist the RGM with facility maintenance, hiring, developing great Team Members and Shift Leads, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
