Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare compounds, mixtures, and temperature control items according to established protocols.
  • Package blister pack medications and deliver completed products based on schedules.
  • Ensure organization of workstations and inventory shelves, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to synchronize tasks and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Develop a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and procedures.
  • Pharmacy Technician Diploma from an accredited college, or equivalent experience.
