Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Deborah A. Morgan. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and linen management.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Assist with medication management and administration, as needed.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a caregiving role.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions

The Caregiver will work in the client's home, with occasional travel to the office for meetings and training. The work schedule will be 44 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
