Job Overview

BWX Technologies, Inc. is a leading nuclear power generation equipment manufacturer with over 60 years of expertise. Our team is seeking a skilled Welding / Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead our Cambridge, ON operation.

This role involves overseeing a team of welding engineers and technical specialists. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining shop documentation, resolving non-conforming conditions, and supporting facility maintenance. The successful candidate will have experience in heavy manufacturing, the nuclear industry, and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code specifically.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in welding engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is required, along with a P.Eng. in a relevant engineering field. Higher-level degrees are considered an asset. At least 15 years of experience in a fast-paced heavy manufacturing environment is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $107,000 to $156,000 per year, depending on local market factors and individual qualifications. In addition to a base salary, the selected candidate may also receive an annual cash incentive and a full range of medical, retirement, and other benefits.
