Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Specialist to join our team at BGIS. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance and repair services to our buildings, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal building performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve maintenance issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate in a relevant trade.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in building maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
