Financial Reporting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive financial reporting for the region under your responsibility.
  • Prepare and present financial statements to stakeholders.
  • Reconcile balance sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform month-end and year-end close tasks to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial planning activities, including targets and budgets.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of costs for locations.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit partners to understand their business needs and identify financial drivers.
  • Work closely with operation and commercial teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-site organization.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Autonomous with strong analytical and communication skills.
