About the Role
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will be responsible for making important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day, and continuously develop and empower your team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
