Job Overview

CI Financial is seeking a skilled Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist to support the company's Client Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content for the Client Services knowledge management platform, as well as assisting with various communications and knowledge work packages associated with projects and implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy for the Client Services knowledge management platform, ensuring that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communications plans, including internal and external communications.
  • Write and edit high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, and other materials, to support Client Services operations and client experience.
  • Support the execution of Advisor communications, including writing and editing internal and external communication pieces.
  • Ensure the effectiveness and ongoing enhancement of the knowledge resources available to the Client Service team, including the Salesforce knowledge platform.
  • Support the knowledge management needs of other business units through the effective implementation of the Salesforce Knowledge platform, process, and governance structures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented role.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in Financial Services.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a communications and/or knowledge management role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce considered an asset.
  • Subject matter expertise in CI and Assante processes, considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage competing tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively liaise with other business units and project teams.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Solid knowledge of the products and services offered by CI and Assante.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, mutual funds, and other investment products.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
