Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Pharmhill Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are meeting expectations
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
