About the Position:
The Building Services Coordinator will be part of the Facilities Services Division team at City of Edmonton, responsible for coordinating facilities work order-related activities with EPL sites, staff, and third-party contractors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating major maintenance repairs and rehabilitation work
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs
- Managing EPL's computerized maintenance management system
- Supporting sustainability initiatives
- Demonstrating excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements:
- Diploma in Operations (Facilities) Management, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance coordination
- Experience administering a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
