We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who has a strong network in B2B sales and a proven track record in security services or related industries.

The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategies to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within corporate, commercial, and industrial sectors
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, facility managers, property management firms, and business owners
  • Proposal & Contract Development: Prepare customized security proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Market Analysis & Business Planning: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine our business development approach
  • Networking & Brand Representation: Represent XA Security at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand awareness and generate leads

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the security industry or related fields.

Demonstrated ability to close deals, meet sales targets, and generate revenue growth is essential. Established connections with property managers, facility directors, or corporate security decision-makers are a strong asset. Tech-savvy individuals with experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.
