As a Senior Credit Solutions Manager at Scotiabank, you will play a critical role in achieving the Commercial Banking Executive Office's goals for the business line. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives, Credit Solutions Group, this position supports the Commercial Banking Executive Office in driving results through efficient and effective credit and operational processes.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop and oversee Commercial lending programs to ensure they balance overall business objectives and the Bank's credit risk appetite.
2. Proactively oversee all credit documentation templates and maintain close rapport with the field, BSC, GRM, and E.O. Legal to address documentation needs effectively.
3. Develop and sustain ad hoc reporting items to support the business line in achieving its goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce, Economics or MBA/CPA
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Commercial Banking and Risk Management
- Strong Credit Acumen and Credit Risk Management skills required
- Highly proficient in MS Office products and ability to complete analyses quickly and efficiently
