Highbury Canco is seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team. As a Millwright Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in our facilities. This is a permanent position with a 40 to 48 hour workweek.

Work Environment

The work environment is noisy, and you will be required to work in a fast-paced maintenance setting. You will be responsible for coaching and instructing apprentices, detecting and troubleshooting irregularities, and performing routine maintenance work on machinery.

Requirements
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • Experience with automated and robotic systems, conveyor systems, and industrial and stationary engines
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent oral communication skills and a team player
