Red Apple Stores is a leading Canadian retailer with a strong presence in small-town communities. With over 140 stores across the country, we offer a wide range of products and services to meet the everyday needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager at Red Apple Stores, you will be responsible for the overall performance and management of our Claresholm store. This includes meeting and exceeding sales and financial targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-presented store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Control expenses and manage inventory, cycle counts, and freight deliveries
- Ensure customer service standards are maintained and merchandise is presented in an attractive and easy-to-shop manner
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of associates and keyholders
- Set up and manage advertising and promotional activities
- Ensure all loss prevention policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Flexible and professional demeanor
