Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut and trim carcasses, sides, and quarters to order
- Prepare standard cuts of meat, including wrapping and packaging
- Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for cooking
- Grind meats to order and train junior meat cutters
- Slice cooked meats and prepare special orders
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, meats, poultry, and seafood to perfection
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
- Fluency in English
