Physiotherapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary regional rehabilitation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to children and/or adult populations using a client-centred, goal-oriented approach.

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate rehabilitation services in various settings, including acute care, outpatient, long-term care, and community settings.
• Assess patients' needs, develop treatment plans, and provide direct intervention, consultation, and education/training as needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision and training for students and provisional members, and educate other healthcare professionals on physiotherapy best practices.

• Masters or Baccalaureate Degree in Physiotherapy (BMR-PT) or equivalent entry-level requirement in Physiotherapy.
• Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba (CPM).
• Eligibility for membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Outlook/Email.
• Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capacity to respect and promote a culturally diverse population, with proficiency in both official languages (English and French).
• Good work and attendance record.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (depending on experience). Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, pension plan, and generous vacation time.
