Compensation Package

We offer a competitive hourly wage + quarterly bonus, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and orthodontic coverage for employees and their families. Additionally, we cover yearly CDA licensing fees, provide an annual uniform and shoe allowance, and have an educational reimbursement program in place.


Job Description

  • Bring patients in for their visit in an enthusiastic way, building a personal connection at every visit.
  • Ensure that patients receive optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and their goal for comprehensive oral health.
  • Prepare and maintain all dental instruments, supplies and equipment.
  • Organize, clean, and maintain a clean and sterile clinical area.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work cohesively with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, respect, and cooperation.
  • Perform any other tasks delegated or assigned by the Orthodontist or leadership team.

Requirements

  • Dental Assistant experience is required.
  • Successful completion of the NDAEB exam is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Great time management and organizational skills are also required.
  • Experience in an orthodontic office is preferred but not necessary.
  • An Orthodontic Module is considered an asset but not required.
