We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at 45006 Yukon Inc. as a key member of our food and beverage services team.
Job Summary:The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with special requests and ensure that all customer needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
The Server will work in a restaurant setting, providing food and beverage services to our guests. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
