Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sports Instructor at North Vancouver Recreation & Culture.

About the Role:

As a Sports Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sports programs to residents of all ages and abilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, including early years and school-age children, youth, adults, and seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sports programs, including lesson planning and instruction
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with participants
  • Work collaboratively with the team to promote physical literacy and fundamental movement skills
  • Meet the requirements of the position, including a current Emergency First Aid certification and HIGH FIVE certification

Requirements:

  • Minimum 16 years of age
  • Athletic aptitude and experience planning and leading programs
  • Ability to work at various North Vancouver Recreation & Culture locations

What We Offer:
